Life Insurance rates vary based on plan option selected and other factors.
Employees may select this plan for themselves and their spouse. This cannot be selected for spouse only. You, as an employee, must be enrolled in order to add your spouse.
You can select this plan even if you do not select one of our medical plans.
Your insurance premiums are deducted through your bi-monthly paycheck each pay period. Make sure to have sufficient funds coming through your payroll account each pay period to cover the cost of your insurance selections.
