All Full-Time & Part-Time staff are eligible to start making contributions from their paycheck after a 6-month wait period.
There is a six month wait period after joining staff before you are eligible to contribute toward your 403(b) plan. Specifically, you are eligible on the 1st of the month following six months of employment.
For hourly employees who work on average over 24 hours per week, are eligible to contribute to your 403(b) (NOTE: Six month wait period also applies)
