What's included with Teladoc Health this year?

You can use Teladoc Health to see a doctor for conditions like the flu, sinus infections, stomachaches, and much more. All from your computer, phone or smart device. And for 2023, we've also added behavioral health and dermatology visits!

When can you use Teladoc Health?

You can use Teladoc Health 24/7! Once you register, your doctor is just a click away. Skip urgent care and speak with a doctor at your convenience.

Is there any limit on number of visits?

No, there is no limit on the number of visits you can use for regular medical services. For behavioral health and dermatology appointments, some limitations and/or additional charges may apply.

Is there any charge to use?

There is no charge to use Teladoc Health for regular doctor's visits. (Flu, Sinus infection, Ear Ache etc.) You would need to pay for any prescriptions that the doctor gives to you. But your doctor can call them in to the pharmacy of your choice for you. The best news is that any out of pocket charges you do have will be credited to your medical plan deductible automatically.

*For dermatology and behavioral and mental health visits, there is a copay and charge per use.

Dermatology Visits: $75 or less

Mental Health Visits

• Licensed therapist cost: only $80 per visit

• Psychiatrist cost: $200 or less/first visit and $95 or less/ongoing visits

How do you use Teladoc Health?

Once you register with Teladoc Health, you simply sign in using your computer or smart device, enter some information about yourself and your symptoms and request an appointment. Appointments can be over the phone or online (like skype or facetime). Usually, a doctor can see you in about 10 minutes!

How do you Register?

If you've enrolled in a medical plan, Teladoc Health will already have your information. They will also send instructions on how to register. (Hint: So will we!) Then, you can download the Teladoc Health APP, or sign into their website and set up your account. You can also call 1-800-Teladoc.
