- If we choose to match, it will be credited to your 403b account within the first quarter of the following year, for the previous calendar year. See the FAQ page for more information.
2024 MATCH FORMULA
2024 MATCH FORMULA
IHOPKC will match up to the following caps (whichever cap you hit first; the lower of the following caps):
50% of your annual contribution to your 403b
OR
3% of your annual income
OR
Years of Service Cap
1-5 Years - $500 Cap
6-10 Years - $1000 Cap
11-15 Years - $1500 Cap
16-20 Years - $2000 Cap
21+ Years - $2500 Cap

NOTE: For 2025 we are removing the years of service cap.2025 MATCH FORMULA
